研究目的：

本研究拟观察环泊酚对全身麻醉的老年患者术后认知功能的影响，为老年患者的围术期安全保驾护航。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to observe the effect of cycpofol on postoperative cognitive function of elderly patients under general anesthesia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

行全身麻醉的患者，ASA分级I-III级，年龄>65岁，BMI<30kg/m2，肝肾功能正常。

Inclusion criteria

The patients who underwent general anesthesia, ASA grade I-III, age > 65 years old, BMI < 30kg/m2, liver and kidney function were normal.

排除标准：

既往有麻醉药物过敏史、禁忌证者；长期服用阿片类药物病史；存在认知功能障碍者；家属或者患者本人拒绝。

Exclusion criteria：

Previous history of anesthetic allergy and contraindications; long-term history of opioid use; cognitive impairment; family members or patients themselves refused.
