研究目的：

联合多模态磁共振和脑电图探究惊恐障碍患者脑网络的改变及其与认知功能损害的关系  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the changes of brain networks in patients with panic disorder and their relationship with cognitive impairment by using multimodal magnetic resonance imaging and electroencephalogram.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）符合美国精神疾病诊断与统计手册第五版（Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth edition. DSM-V）的惊恐障碍诊断标准；
2）年龄18-60岁；
3）右利手；
4）所有患者在MRI检查前的两周之内至少有1次惊恐发作；
5）简易智力状态检查量表（Mini-mental State Examination, MMSE）≥24分, 汉密尔顿抑郁量表24项（Hamilton depression scale 24 items, HAMD-24）＜8分；
6）自愿参加研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1)The patients are diagnosed as panic disorder according the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth edition.
2)Age 18-60 years old.
3)Right-handed,
4)All patients had at least one panic attack in the two weeks before MRI scanning.
5)The score of Mini-mental State Examination is greater than 24, the socre of Hamilton depression scale 24 items is less than 8.
6)Patients volunteered to participate in the study and signed an informed consent.

排除标准：

1）既往有精神疾病史或物质成瘾史，或入组前6个月内服用过其他抗精神病药物；
2）既往有颅脑外伤、中枢神经系统疾病或其他躯体重大疾病；
3）MRI检查提示存在中枢神经系统病灶；
4）无法配合完成全部试验过程。

Exclusion criteria：

1)Patients have a history of mental illness or substance addiction, or had taken other antipsychotics in the 6 months prior to enrollment.
2)Patients have a history of craniocerebral trauma, central nervous system disease, or other major physical diseases.
3)MRI examination indicated the presence of central nervous system lesions.
4)The patient can not cooperate for the full course of the trial.
