研究目的：

本项目为探寻新冠肺炎不同程度、不同病程的影像学规律，并联合临床信息和影像结构、功能学的多模态数据，采用纹理分析和深度学习的方法，构建基于人工智能的诊断模型，为早期诊断新冠病毒性肺炎，尤其是核酸检测未果以及核酸检测阴性情况下预警本病提供更高效的临床诊断。于此同时，构建预测患者重症发生、疗效评估及患者预后的多个重要的疾病诊疗预测模型，达到自动、快速、准确地提供诊疗辅助决策的客观意见，大幅减少医疗负担，缓解隔离防控和医务人员紧缺的困难局面。  

Objectives of Study：

This project intends to explore a new crown pneumonia imaging regularity of different degree and course of the disease, and in combination with clinical information and image structure, function of multimodal data, using the method of texture analysis and deep learning, constructing the diagnosis model based on artificial intelligence, new champions league for the early diagnosis of viral pneumonia, especially the nucleic acid testing failed and nucleic acid detection negative cases early warning and provide more efficient clinical diagnosis of this disease. At the same time, several important disease diagnosis and treatment prediction models for predicting the occurrence of severe diseases, evaluation of curative effect and prognosis of patients are constructed to automatically, quickly and accurately provide objective opinions for diagnosis and treatment to assist decision-making, greatly reduce the medical burden, and alleviate the difficult situation of isolation prevention and control and shortage of medical personnel.

纳入标准：

有核酸和/或基因检测确诊的无锡地区（后期扩大至苏南地区、江苏省）新冠肺炎患者，同期连续性纳入有核酸和/或基因检测和/或病理检测确诊的其他类型病毒性肺炎、影像表现类似的需要与新冠肺炎鉴别的支原体肺炎、真菌性肺炎、过敏性肺炎以及混合性肺部感染等病例。

Inclusion criteria

Patients diagnosed by nucleic acid and/or genetic test in Wuxi (later expanded to southern Jiangsu and Jiangsu Province) with novel coronavirus pneumonia, and other types of viral pneumonia confirmed by nucleic acid and/or genetic testing and/or pathological testing, cases of mycoplasma pneumonia, fungal pneumonia, hypersensitivity pneumonia, and mixed pulmonary infections with similar imaging findings that need to be differentiated from novel coronavirus pneumonia.
