研究目的：

本研究拟通过为期8周的干预，从髌股关节痛患者的疼痛、下肢功能及下肢神经肌肉控制的生物力学指标角度探索肌肉电刺激训练结合肌力训练对髌股关节痛患者的疗效。以期为髌股关节痛患者带来科学有效的康复手段，改善患者的身体机能，提高生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to explore the effect of electrical muscle stimulation training combined with muscle strength training on patients with patellofemoral joint pain from the perspective of pain, lower extremity function and biomechanical indexes of lower extremity neuromuscular control through an 8-week intervention. In order to bring scientific and effective rehabilitation means for patients with patellofemoral joint pain, improve the physical function of patients and improve the quality of life.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准为：（1）年龄18-40周岁（2）在跑步、跳跃、久坐、上/下楼梯、抗阻伸膝和单腿下蹲中，至少有两个动作出现过髌后或髌周的疼痛；（3）曾经的疼痛症状至少存在3个月以上，且与直接创伤无关。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria were :(1) 18 to 40 years of age; (2) at least two postpatellar or peripatellar pain in running, jumping, sedentary, climbing/descending stairs, resisting knee extension, and one-legged squatting; (3) Previous pain symptoms existed for at least 3 months and were not related to direct trauma.

排除标准：

排除标准为：（1）存在其他膝关节病变，如类风湿、关节炎，以及髌腱、股四头肌肌腱、半月板或韧带的损伤；（2）存在髌骨半脱位或脱位的情况；（3）有低频电治疗禁忌证者、电刺激不能耐受者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria were :(1) presence of other knee lesions, such as rheumatoid, arthritis, and injury to the patellar tendon, quadriceps tendon, meniscus, or ligament; (2) Patellar subluxation or dislocation; (3) Patients with low frequency electrical therapy contraindications and electrical stimulation intolerance.
