研究目的：

1.主要目的 主要评估指标:所有入组AI辅助下退镜6分钟与退镜9分钟比较，在腺瘤检出率是否有无差异、甚至在不同部位结肠息肉检出病理类型及大小是否有达到差异。 2.次要目的退镜6分钟的AI组视为分析群，与常规组退镜9分钟进行比较，在息肉检出率(Polyp Detection Rate, PDR)、进展期腺瘤检出率(AADR,Advanced adenoma Detection Rate)、锯齿状病变检出率(Sessile serrated Lesion Detection Rate, SDR）、侧向发育肿瘤(Laterrally Spreading Tumor, LST)、微小息肉（≤5mm）检出率以及对应肠道部位是否达到差异。  

Objectives of Study：

A withdrawal time (WT) of at least 6 minutes has been one of the critical quality criterions of colonoscopy. Moreover, several large observational investigations and the randomized controlled study also demonstrated that withdrawal time to 9 min could improve the adenoma detection rate of endoscopists. In another way, advances in artificial intelligence (AI), deep learning, and conventional neural networks (CNNs), have shown the remarkable breakthroughs in the assistance with lesions detection during colonoscopy. The AI assisted detection device in real-time colonoscopy was established in our endoscopy center in clinical practice. Therefore, we performed a multicenter, prospective, randomized controlled trials to compare adenoma detection rate of 9 min and 6 min with and without AI assisted detection of adenomas in screening colonoscopy procedure.

纳入标准：

入选标准
1.门诊，住院或其他45-85岁,预行肠镜检查，且无特殊禁忌症者。
2.肠镜检查包括筛查或随访。
3.受检者需能签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Outpatients, inpatients, or individuals who were the ages of 45 and 85 years (both included) with a colonoscopy scheduled for screening or surveillance
2.Patients has signed the written informed consent form.

排除标准：

(1)肠镜检查禁忌症者
(2)怀孕
(3)因任何原因不能配合检查之受检者
(4)受检者拒绝
(5)紧急内镜检查(消化道出血、异物)或治疗型肠鏡
(6)既往结肠癌切除手术病史或炎症性肠病、肠梗阻病患
(7)一周內使用抗凝药物病患或凝血功能障碍者
(8)不全肠镜檢查者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with contraindications for colonoscopy,
2.Patients with inability to provide informed consent
3.Patients in Pregnancy.
4.Patient who refused to participate.
5.Emergent endoscopy(UGIB or foreign body or therapeutic treatments).
6.Medical history of colon cancer, IBD, and bowel obstructions.
7.Patients with anti-coagulation medications or coagulation disease.
8.Incomplete colonoscopy.
