研究目的：

1、通过大样本前瞻性队列研究，探讨采用时间分辨荧光免疫分析技术检测血清PLA2R-IgG、PLA2R-IgG4在IMN患者中的临床价值。探索通过TRFIA技术检测血清PLA2R-IgG4对于IMN诊断的合理阈值，在保证特异性的同时又提高灵敏度，同时探索联合检测血清PLA2R-IgG、PLA2R-IgG4提高IMN诊断准确性的价值。评估血清PLA2R-IgG4、PLA2R-IgG和PLA2R-IgG4/PLA2R-IgG与IMN患者疾病活动度及预后的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Through a large-sample prospective cohort study, the clinical value of using time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay to detect serum PLA2R-IgG and PLA2R-IgG4 in IMN patients was discussed. To explore the reasonable threshold for the detection of serum PLA2R-IgG4 by TRFIA technology for IMN diagnosis, improve the sensitivity while ensuring specificity, and explore the value of combined detection of serum PLA2R-IgG and PLA2R-IgG4 to improve the diagnostic accuracy of IMN. To assess the relationship between serum PLA2R-IgG4, PLA2R-IgG and PLA2R-IgG4/PLA2R-IgG and disease activity and prognosis in IMN patients.

Patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy are diagnosed by renal puncture

排除标准：

继发性膜性肾病及其他原发性肾小球疾病

Exclusion criteria：

Secondary membranous nephropathy and other primary glomerular diseases

采用SPSS 22.0软件进行数据分析。计量资料中正态分布数据以（±S）表示，计数资料以发生率(构成比)表示；计量资料中正态分布数据两组之间比较采用独立样本t检验，样本率的比较采用卡方检验；两组连续性数据之间的相关性采用Pearson相关分析；以血清PLA2R-IgG和PLA2R-IgG4含量为自变量，以是否诊断为IMN为结果变量绘制受试者工作特征(Roc)曲线，通过Kaplan-Meier法、Log-rank法分别进行预后估计和生存曲线比较。P ＜0.05视为差异有统计学意义。
