主要目的：构建头位难产的预测模型； 次要目的：构建标准化头位难产非药物防控流程。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purposes: To construct the prediction model of cephalic dystocia; Secondary description: Establish standardized non-drug prevention and control procedures for cephalic dystocia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.年龄20-40岁；
2.足月妊娠、单胎、头位；
3.B超诊断为枕后位/枕横位；
4.身高150-170cm；
5.估计胎儿体重2500-4000g；
6.有一定的文字表达理解能力；
7.知情同意参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged 20 to 40 years;
2.Full-term pregnancy, single tire, head position;
3.B-ultrasound is a pillow position / pillow horizontal position;
4.Height 150-170cm;
5.Estimated fetal weight 2500-4000g;
6.There is a certain text expression to understand the ability;
7.Informed consent to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1.头盆不称；
2.合并严重合并症；
3.四肢不能自主活动；
4.脊柱关节异常。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Cephalopelvic disproportion;
2.Serious complications;
3.The limbs cannot be active;
4.The spine joint is abnormal.
