研究目的：

探讨共情满意、倦怠、共情疲乏之间的跨时间的传递机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the cross-time transmission mechanism between compassion satisfaction, burnout and compassion fatigue.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

失能老人： （1）年龄≥60岁； （2）居家养老； （3）生活部分自理或完全不能自理的老人。 家庭照顾者： （1）年龄≥18岁，承担失能老人的主要照顾任务； （2）依据专业生活品质量表测量要求，家庭照顾者持续照顾时间≥1个月； （3）意识清楚，能正常沟通交流； （4）知情同意，自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

Disabled elderly : ( 1 ) Age ≥ 60 years ; ( 2 ) Home care; ( 3 ) The elderly who live partially or completely unable to take care of themselves. Family caregivers: ( 1 ) Age ≥ 18 years old, undertake the main care tasks of disabled elderly; ( 2 ) According to the measurement requirements of the professional quality of life scale, the continuous care time of family caregivers was ≥ 1 month ; ( 3 ) clear consciousness, can communicate normally ; ( 4 ) Informed consent, voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

（1）中途退出或拒绝参加本研究； （2）研究过程中未继续承担失能老人照顾任务者； （3）收取照顾相关报酬者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1 ) Withdrawing or refusing to participate in this study ; (2) Those who did not continue to undertake the task of caring for the disabled elderly during the study; (3) Those who receive care-related remuneration.
