研究围术期预防性补充钙和维生素D3对于防治术后低钙及甲状旁腺功能减退发生率的临床意义  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to the effect of preoperatively prophylactic calcium and vitamin D3 supplementation on postoperative hypocalcemia and hypoparathyroidism

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄20-65岁，术前病理明确诊断为甲状腺恶性肿瘤或怀疑甲状腺恶性肿瘤，拟行甲状腺手术

Inclusion criteria

patients who were 20-65 years old and diagnosed or suspected thyroid cancer and thyroid surgery was planned.

排除标准：

其他手术方式、甲状旁腺疾患、因其他疾病口服补钙或维生素D3者

Exclusion criteria：

patients was performed other surgical procedures or suffered from parathyroid disorders or was taking oral calcium or vitamin D3 supplementation due to other diseases.
