研究目的：

主要目的：患有 Graves 病，接受 131I 治疗半年未愈的患者，选择小剂量 ATD 治疗与再次 131I 治疗的疗效分析； 次要目的：（1）比较小剂量 ATD 治疗与再次 131I 治疗两组患者甲功正常和甲减的发生率；（2） 比较小剂量 ATD 治疗与再次 131I 治疗两组患者的安全性、依从性、生活质量及医疗相关费用。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To analyze the efficacy of low-dose ATD treatment and 131I treatment again for patients with Graves disease who have not been cured after receiving 131I treatment for half a year; Secondary objectives: (1) To compare the incidence of normal thyroid function and hypothyroidism between the two groups of patients treated with low-dose ATD and re-131I; (2) To compare the safety and compliance of the two groups of patients with low-dose ATD and re-131I , quality of life and medical-related costs.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 入组前 6 个月接受过 131I 治疗的 Graves 病患者；
2. 体格检查和影像学检查显示甲状腺弥漫性肿大，但甲状腺重量≤ 30 g；
3. 血清促甲状腺激素（thyroid stimulating hormone, TSH）浓度低于正常，FT3 位于正常值上限 2 倍以下（包括 2 倍），FT4 不设上限；
4. 促甲状腺激素受体抗体（thyrotropin receptor antibody, TRAb）阳性；
5. 签署知情同意书时年龄≥18 岁的男性或女性；
6. 自愿同意提供书面知情同意书，并且有意愿及有能力完成该协议的每个方面。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with Graves' disease who received 131I treatment within 6 months before enrollment;
2. Physical examination and imaging examination showed diffuse thyroid enlargement, but thyroid weight ≤ 30 g;
3. Serum thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) concentration is lower than normal, FT3 is below 2 times (including 2 times) of the upper limit of normal value, and FT4 has no upper limit;
4. Thyrotropin receptor antibody (TRAb) positive;
5. Male or female aged ≥ 18 years when signing the informed consent;
6. Voluntary consent to provide written informed consent and the willingness and ability to complete every aspect of the agreement.

排除标准：

1.筛选期前的 6 个月内，间隔 2 个月以上的至少 2 次的 FT3水平持续下降的患者；
2.近期服用过免疫抑制剂或糖皮质激素的患者；
3.合并其他内分泌疾病的患者；
4.存在未能治愈的恶性肿瘤的患者；
5.严重造血功能障碍的患者；
6.严重肝肾功能障碍的患者；
7.妊娠、脯乳期女性；
8.1 年内有生育计划者；
9.研究者认为可能影响参与临床试验的任何疾病或其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with continuous decline in FT3 level at least twice in the 6 months before screening period, with an interval of more than 2 months;
2. Patients who have recently taken immunosuppressants or glucocorticoids;
3. Patients with other endocrine diseases;
4. Patients with incurable malignant tumors;
5. Patients with severe hematopoietic dysfunction;
6. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction;
7. Pregnant and lactating women;
8. Those who have family planning within 1 year;
9. Any disease or other condition that the investigator believes may affect participation in the clinical trial.
