Objectives of Study：

To explore the median effective dose of remimazolam besylate to inhibit cardiovascular responses to laryngeal mask insertion in elderly patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.择期行喉罩全麻手术
2.年龄为65岁及以上
3.ASA分级Ⅰ-III级
4.BMI为18-30kg/m2

Inclusion criteria

1. Elective surgery under general anesthesia with laryngeal mask airway was performed

2. Be 65 years of age or older

3.ASA grade Ⅰ-III

4.BMI of 18-30kg/m2

排除标准：

1.重度高血压 (SBP≥180mmHg或DBP≥110mmHg), 心率≥110次/min
2.神经精神障碍
3.1个月内使用苯二氮卓类药物
4.对苯二氮卓类药物有禁忌症或过敏
5.估计为困难气道
6.有瑞马唑仑过敏史

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe hypertension (SBP≥180 MMHG or DBP≥110 MMHG), heart rate ≥110 beats /min

2. Neuropsychiatric disorders

3.Benzodiazepines were used within 1 month

4. Have contraindications or allergies to benzodiazepines

5. Estimated difficult airway

6. Had a history of allergy to remimazolam

上一例患者喉罩置入反应阳性，则下一例患者瑞马唑仑剂量增加一个梯度； 若上一例患者喉罩置入反应阴性，则下一例患者有11%的概率降低一个梯度的瑞马唑仑剂量，有89%维持上一例瑞马唑仑的剂量梯度。 在BCD下，受试者根据计算机模拟的有偏差硬币(即，掷出正面的概率不等于1/2的硬币)的次数顺序分配剂量。

If the previous patient had a positive LMA insertion reaction, the dose of remimazolam in the next patient would increase by a gradient. If the previous patient had a negative response to LMA insertion, the next patient had an 11% probability of decreasing the remimazolam dose by one grad
