探讨循环加压冰水冷疗技术联合关节内注射氨甲环酸对膝关节置换术后的疗效  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of cyclic compression of ice water therapy combined with intra-articular injection of tranexamic acid on knee arthroplasty

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

初次行单侧全膝关节置换的膝关节终末期骨性关节炎患者；②术前血红蛋白＞110g/L、PTL＞100×10^9、PT 及TPTT 正常；③同意接受试验并签订知情同意书患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients with end-stage osteoarthritis of the knee undergoing primary unilateral total knee arthroplasty; ② preoperative hemoglobin > 110g/L, PTL > 100×10^9, PT and TPTT normal; ③ patients who agreed to accept the trial and signed an informed consent form

排除标准：

①患有雷诺病、闭塞性脉管炎、冷过敏、风湿性关节炎及冷球蛋白血症的病人②重度肝肾功能异常；③术前1 周服用过抗凝药如氯吡格雷、阿斯匹林等；④不依从性较差不能按时参加随访或失访者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients with Raynaud's disease, angiitis obliterans, cold allergy, rheumatoid arthritis, or cryoglobulinemia; (2) severe hepatic and renal dysfunction; ③ taking anticoagulants such as clopidogrel and aspirin within 1 week before surgery; ④ Poor non-compliance, unable to attend the follow-up on time or lost to follow-up
