研究目的：

与标准孕期护理相比，以控制脂质摄入为重点的饮食干预对于孕前超重或肥胖孕妇母婴结局的影响  

Objectives of Study：

Comparing the efficacy of a lipid-focused diet intervention versus standard antenatal care in pregnant women with pregestational overweight/obesity on maternal and fetal outcomes

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

饮食干预由两部分组成，一部分为线上营养教育课程，另一部分为营养状况自检与指导手册的发放 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The intervention consists of two parts. The first part is online nutrition education sessions. The second part is the distribution of a nutrition checklist and handbook.  

纳入标准：

单胎、自然受精，体重质量指数(BMI) ≥24 kg/m2（基于“自报孕前”身高及体重），孕12周前，接受参与本研究，并签署同意书

Inclusion criteria

Singleton pregnancy, natural insemination, body mass index (BMI) ≥24 kg/m2 (based on "self-reported pre-pregnancy" height and weight), < 12 weeks gestation, agreed to participate in the study and signed informed consent

排除标准：

首次FPG≥5.6 mmol/L，胎龄大于12周，孕前患有1型或2型糖尿病，胎儿畸形包括染色体异常或超声检查发现的结构性畸形；限制饮食（包括孕妇本身为素食主义和由于身体原因而限制饮食），限制身体活动、医疗条件或药物治疗可能影响干预效果和/或随访、胎儿先天性感染或异常及不愿意签订知情同意书的孕妇

Exclusion criteria：

Fasting plasma glucose (FPG) ≥5.6 mmol/L at the first antenatal visit, > 12 weeks gestation, pre-existing type 1 or type 2 diabetes, fetal malformations including chromosomal abnormalities or structural malformations detected by ultrasonography, fetal congenital infections or abnormalities, restricted diet (including vegans and due to medical conditions), conditions that might affect intervention or follow-up (including physical activity restrictions, medical conditions or medications), unwilling or unable to give informed consent

由电脑系统http://www.jerrydallal.com/random/randomize.htm按照分配需求生成随机分配序列。将入组的孕妇按照年龄是否>35岁和BMI是否>28kg/m2将招募的孕妇分为四个区组，并在选择随机区组随机化。首先输入处理组的名称，设置区组数及对应区组中的参与者数量，生成分组方案。
