研究目的：

本研究分析武汉市2019年至2020年急诊人群急性心肌梗死构成比变化、AMI患者的临床特征变化，为急性心肌梗死的预防和控制提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study analyzed the changes in the constituent ratio of acute myocardial infarction in the emergency population and the changes in clinical characteristics of patients with AMI in Wuhan from 2019 to 2020, so as to provide a basis for the prevention and control of acute myocardial infarction

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、符合急性心肌梗死的诊断标准；2、病例资料完善；3、年龄≥18岁。

Inclusion criteria

1、Meet the diagnostic criteria of acute myocardial infarction; 2、 Complete clinical data; 3、 Age ≥18 years old.

排除标准：

1、未住院行进一步治疗患者；2、非经急诊就诊而住院的AMI 患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who were not hospitalized for further treatment; 2. AMI patients hospitalized without emergency treatment.
