研究目的：

（1）评估集体运动激励对慢性精神分裂症患者阴性症状的改善效果； （2）评估集体运动激励对慢性精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响； （3）评估运动疗法对慢性精神分裂症患者生理指标是否有影响； （4）探索出适合住院慢性精神分裂症患者的便于操作、投资少的康复治疗模式。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the effect of group exercise stimulation on the improvement of negative symptoms in patients with chronic schizophrenia; 2. To evaluate the effect of collective exercise motivation on the quality of life of patients with chronic schizophrenia; 3. To evaluate the effect of exercise therapy on physiological indexes of patients with chronic schizophrenia; 4. To explore a rehabilitation treatment model with convenient operation and low investment, which is suitable for hospitalized patients with chronic schizophrenia.

纳入标准：

① 符合ICD-10的精神分裂症诊断标准；
② 目前处于稳定期；
③ 年龄<60岁，病程≥5年，住院时间≥6个月；

Inclusion criteria

① Meet the ICD-10 diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia;
② Currently in a stable period;
③ Age <60 years old, course of disease >= 5 years, length of stay >= 6 months;

排除标准：

① 伴有严重躯体疾病；
② 合并脑部器质性障碍的患者；
③ 合并其它精神障碍诊断的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① accompanied by severe somatic diseases;
② Patients with brain organic disorders;
③ Patients with other diagnosis of mental disorders.
