研究目的：

1、调查统计ICU的慢性心力衰竭患者发生肌肉衰减症状的比例 2、明确卧床长期制动对慢性心力衰竭患者肌肉形态和功能的具体影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this study was to investigate the proportion of muscle decay symptoms in ICU patients with chronic heart failure, and to determine the specific effects of long-term bed braking on muscle morphology and function in patients with chronic heart failure.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄 > 18周岁的患者；
②符合2021年ESC慢性心力衰竭诊断和治疗指南的患者；
③自愿参与本研究，并填写知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

① Age > Patients aged 18 years;
② Patients who meet the 2021 ESC Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of chronic heart failure;
③ Volunteers to participate in the study and fill in the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①下肢存在静脉血栓者；
②研究前3个月出现过急性心衰、不稳定型心绞痛或严重心律失常等疾病的患者；
③24小时内死亡患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with venous thrombosis in lower extremities;
② Patients with acute heart failure, unstable angina pectoris or severe arrhythmia in the 3 months before the study;
③ Patients died within 24 hours.
