本试验通过比较Spot视觉筛查仪与睫状肌麻痹下检影验光在评估学龄前儿童屈光状态的准确性和一致性，进而评价Spot视觉筛查仪是否可作为一种临床实践中评估学龄前儿童屈光状态的替代性方法  

Objectives of Study：

This aim of the study is to compare the accuracy and consistency of the Spot vision screener to the cycloplegic retinoscopy in evaluating the refractive status in preschool children and thus to evaluate if the Spot vision screener could be an alternative method of assessing the refractive status in preschool children in clinical practice.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.2023年5月01日至2023年09月01日于天津医科大学眼科医院斜视与小儿眼科门诊的患者 2.年龄为3-6岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. patients who attend the strabismus and pediatric ophthalmology clinics of Tianjin Medical University Eye Hospital from May 01, 2023 to September 01, 2023; 2.aged 3-6 years old

排除标准：

1.伴有全身、眼部器质性疾病；2.伴有斜视及弱视的患者；3.无法配合散瞳验光及Spot视觉筛查仪检查的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with systemic diseases or any ocular diseases; 2. Patients with strabismus and amblyopia; 3. Patients who cannot cooperate with the examination of cycloplegic retinoscopy or the Spot vision screener.
