评价宫颈环扎是否可改善宫颈机能不全患者的妊娠结局  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate whether cervical cerclage can improve pregnancy outcome in patients with cervical insufficiency

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 存在前次晚期流产及妊娠26周前阴道超声测量宫颈长度( CL) < 25mm
2. 有两次及以上中期妊娠流产或早产史

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with a previous late abortion and cervical length (CL) < 25mm measured by transvaginal ultrasound before 26 weeks of pregnancy;
2. Patients with Two or more second-trimester abortions or premature births.

排除标准：

1. 严重的内科及血液系统疾病、甲状腺功能异常、妊娠合并严重的高血压、糖尿病、胎儿染色体异常或先天发育畸形等
2. 排除生殖道感染

Exclusion criteria：

1. Serious medical and hematological diseases, thyroid dysfunction, pregnancy complicated with serious hypertension, diabetes, fetal chromosomal abnormalities or congenital developmental malformations, etc;
2. Genital tract infection.
