研究目的：

1）建立胆道闭锁患儿Kasai术前、术后，肝移植术前、术后营养不良评估、支持及监测体系； 2）建立个体化能量补充及营养干预方案； 3）验证营养支持治疗可以减低胆道闭锁患儿肝移植术后并发症。  

Objectives of Study：

1) Establish the malnutrition assessment, support and monitoring system for children with biliary atresia before and after Kasai, before and after liver transplantation; 2) Establish individualized energy supplement and nutrition intervention plan; 3) Verify that nutritional support therapy can reduce postoperative complications of liver transplantation in children with biliary atresia.

纳入标准：

需同时满足以下条件：
1. 我院就诊胆汁淤积性肝病患儿，经手术确诊为胆道闭锁；
2. 能完整进行试验流程；
3. 父母、责任父母或法定监护人已经签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

The following conditions shall be met simultaneously:
1. The children with cholestatic liver disease in our hospital were diagnosed as biliary atresia by surgery;
2. Able to complete the test process;
3. Legal guardian signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

具备其中一项：
1. 其它研究者认为婴儿的健康状况或家庭情况不适合参与该试验者；
2. 受试者或其照护者无法遵守试验程序。

Exclusion criteria：

Have one of them:
1. Other researchers considered that the infants' health or family conditions were not suitable for the study;
2. Subjects or their caregivers are unable to follow the trial procedures.
