研究目的：

本研究旨在探究术前口服碳水化合物对接受非体外循环下冠状动脉旁路移植术合并2型糖尿病患者术后的血糖情况、胰岛素抵抗情况、外源性胰岛素使用量及高血糖相关并发症的影响，为2型糖尿病患者群体提供更加合理及个体化的心血管手术术前禁食水方案，探索术前口服碳水化合物是否能加快心血管手术患者术后康复、减少住院时间及住院费用。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to explore the effects of preoperative oral carbohydrate on blood glucose, insulin resistance, exogenous insulin dosage and high blood glucose related complications in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus undergoing off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting. To provide patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus a reasonable and individualized fasting protocol before cardiovascular surgery. To explore whether preoperative oral carbohydrate can accelerate postoperative recovery, reduce the length of hospital stay and hospital costs in patients undergoing cardiovascular surgery.

纳入标准：

1. 阜外医院住院并拟接受非体外循环下冠状动脉旁路移植术的患者；
2. 年龄18-80岁；
3. 合并2型糖尿病；
4. 手术日首台手术患者；
5. 同意参加研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients scheduled to receive off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting in Fuwai hospital;
2. Patients aged between 18 and 80 years;
3. Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus;
4. Patients scheduled for the first operation;
5. Patients who agreed to participate in the study and signed informed consent file.

排除标准：

1. 合并其它心脏疾病或血管畸形；
2. 合并胃食管反流；
3. 患者或家属拒绝参加；
4. 同期行其他手术或急诊手术。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with other cardiovascular diseases or deformities;
2. Patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease;
3. Patients or family members refused to participate in the study;
4. Patients scheduled to receive other operations at the same time or emergency operations.
