研究目的：

1.探究定量脑电图（qEEG）在急性缺血性脑卒中（AIS）的早期（24h内）对神经功能的监测效果以及qEEG不同脑区间的信号与影像学检查结果（MRI、MRA、MRP等）的相关性。 2.建立以临床评分、神经电生理、影像学多种标志物组合的临床预后预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the effectiveness of quantitative electroencephalography (qEEG) in monitoring neurological function in the early stage (within 24h) of acute ischemic stroke (AIS) and the correlation between the signals between different brain regions of qEEG and imaging findings (MRI, MRA, MRP, etc.). 2. To establish a clinical prognostic prediction model with a combination of clinical scores, neurophysiological and imaging of multiple markers.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

一般纳入标准：
A.年龄大于或等于 18 和小于或等于 85岁患者；
B.经证实为发病24小时以内的急性缺血性脑卒中；
C.新局灶性神经功能缺损与急性脑缺血相一致；
D.发病前改良的 Rankin 评分为 0-2；
E.从病人或病人的合法授权的代表获得知情同意书；
F.所有受试者或其代理人需签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

General inclusion criteria.
A. Patients aged greater than or equal to 18 and less than or equal to 85 years.
B. Proven acute ischemic stroke within 24 hours of onset.
C. New focal neurological deficits consistent with acute cerebral ischemia.
D. modified Rankin score of 0-2 before onset.
E. Informed consent obtained from the patient or the patient's legally authorized representative.
F. All subjects or their proxies are required to sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

排除标准：
A.急性脑出血或者蛛网膜下腔出血、活动性出血或已有出血倾向者；
B.非首次发病，有陈旧性脑出血/缺血史；
C.非血管疾病引起，如肿瘤、外伤、血液病；
D.预先存在混淆结果评价的免疫紊乱，神经或精神疾病、卒中发作时伴有癫痫或其他精神障碍以及烦躁状态不能配合检查者；
E.昏迷或意识的水平改变或不稳定生命体征；
F.肝肾功能不全、活动期感染、严重的心律失常；
G.妇女已知怀孕，哺乳或有积极或不确定的怀孕测试。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria.
A. Acute cerebral hemorrhage or subarachnoid hemorrhage, active hemorrhage or pre-existing bleeding tendency.
B. non-first episode with a history of old cerebral hemorrhage/ischemia.
C. Non-vascular disease causing, e.g., tumor, trauma, hematologic disease.
D. Pre-existing immune disorders that confound outcome evaluation, neurological or psychiatric disorders, stroke attacks with epilepsy or other psychiatric disorders and irritable states unable to cooperate with the examination
E. Coma or altered level of consciousness or unstable vital signs.
F. Hepatic or renal insufficiency, active infection, severe cardiac arrhythmias.
G. Women who are known to be pregnant, breastfeeding or have an active or indeterminate pregnancy test.
