研究目的：

探讨基于症状管理理论的冰水喷雾干预对术后危重症患者口渴的影响，为临床改善术后危重症患者的口渴程度及口腔舒适度提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the influence of ice water spray intervention based on symptom management theory on the thirst of critically ill patients after operation, and to provide reference for improving the thirst degree and oral comfort of critically ill patients after operation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

术后入ICU≥6h；禁食、禁水；年龄在18～80岁之间；非机械通气患者，意识清楚，能够理解和正常交流；受试者自愿参加研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Stay in ICU for more than 6 hours after operation; Fasting and water prohibition; The age is between 18 and 80; Patients without mechanical ventilation are conscious, able to understand and communicate normally; Subjects volunteered to participate in the study and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

耳鼻喉科手术、颅内手术、口腔手术及口腔疾病患者；已参加其他试验或医嘱禁忌者；不能完成量表评估者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with otolaryngology surgery, intracranial surgery, oral surgery and oral diseases; Those who have participated in other experiments or are contraindicated by medical advice; Those who can't complete the scale evaluation.

口渴干预采用基于症状管理理论的冰水喷雾护理，在研究对象术后意识清醒、拔除气管插管后0.5h开始实施干预，在气管拔管后2h、4h、6h再各实施一次，共实施4次。
