研究目的：

研究桥本氏甲状腺炎是否会影响骨质疏松的发生及发展。研究桥本氏甲状腺炎患者且伴有骨质疏松的患者，其抗骨质疏松治疗疗效如何。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether Hashimoto's thyroiditis affects the occurrence and development of osteoporosis. To study the efficacy of anti-osteoporosis treatment in patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis and osteoporosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）临床诊断为骨量减少或骨质疏松（使用DXA进行骨密度检测，T值＜-1.5）
（2）治疗前或治疗后完善了甲功及甲状腺相关抗体的检查
（3）规律于我们门诊或住院部随诊（＞2年）
（4）规律使用二磷酸盐或地舒单抗或特立帕肽进行抗骨质疏松治疗
（5）愿意参加本研究

Inclusion criteria

(1) Clinical diagnosis of bone loss or osteoporosis (bone density test using DXA, T-value < -1.5)
(2) Thyroid function and thyroid related antibodies were tested before or after treatment
(3) Regular follow-up in our outpatient or inpatient department (> 2 years)
(4) Regular use of diphosphate or disummab or teriparatide for anti-osteoporosis therapy
(5) Willing to participate in this study

排除标准：

（1）既往有甲功异常病史
（2）有甲状腺肿瘤病史
（3）一般情况较差不适合纳入本研究
（4）因任何原因要求退出本研究

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Previous history of thyroid dysfunction
(2) History of thyroid tumor
(3) Poor general conditions are not suitable for inclusion in this study
(4) Withdrawal from the study for any reason
