研究目的：

探寻一种简单易行、准确可靠的方法，在初次发现肺磨玻璃结节时便能快速判断其性质，在不增加患者心理压力和经济负担的前提下，提高肺磨玻璃结节诊断的准确率，及时采取合适的治疗手段，避免病情延误和过度治疗。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore a simple, easy, accurate and reliable method that can quickly predict pulmonary ground-glass nodules when they are first discovered, and improve the accuracy of the diagnosis of it without increasing the psychological pressure and economic burden of patients,so that can take appropriate treatment in a timely manner to avoid delay and overtreatment of the disease.

纳入标准：

行胸部CT检查发现肺磨玻璃结节者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients were detected pulmonary ground-glass nodules on CT.

排除标准：

无病理活检明确诊断或拒绝病理活检者；失访者；病人因高龄、心肺功能障碍、严重合并症等原因无法进一步随访、治疗或取活检者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients without definite diagnosis of pathological biopsy or refuse pathological biopsy; patients loss to follow-up; patients who cannot be followed up, treated or biopsied due to advanced age, cardiopulmonary dysfunction, severe complications and other reasons.
