研究目的：

为了开发并验证一个基于对比增强磁共振的影像组学来预测乳腺癌分子亚型，从而指导临床治疗决策。  

Objectives of Study：

To develop and validate a contra-enhanced magnetic resonance based radiomics to predict breast cancer molecular subtypes to guide clinical treatment decisions.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准有①包含肿瘤和淋巴结的完整影像和病理信息；②MRI检查前未接受任何手术或治疗；③完整的临床信息。

Inclusion criteria

The inclusion criteria included: ① Complete imaging and pathological information of tumors; ② No surgery or treatment was done prior to the MRI; ③ Complete clinical information.

排除标准：

①无可以勾画的边界或者病灶长径小于5毫米；②临床和病理信息不完整；③在磁共振检查前已经有新辅助放化疗或者激素治疗；④病人有多个局灶性病变或其它肿瘤。

Exclusion criteria：

①non-mass lesions without delineate boundaries or lesions with longest diameter < 5mm
②incomplete clinical or pathologic characteristics;
③ndergone neoadjuvant chemotherapy, radiation therapy or hormone treatment before MR examination;
④patients with multi-focal lesions or another breast tumor.
