研究目的：

探索结直肠肿瘤术后永久性肠造口周围皮肤并发症更少、治疗效果更佳的造口底盘选择方案，减轻患者经济负担，改善患者生存质量，并从卫生经济学的投入和产出进行定量描述，为临床造口周围并发症管理方案的选择提供参考依据，为医护人员、患者、医保支付方的决策提供价值依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore an ostomy chassis selection scheme with fewer skin complications around permanent enterostomy after colorectal tumor surgery and better treatment effect, so as to reduce the economic burden of patients and improve the quality of life of patients, and quantitatively describe the input and output of health economics, so as to provide reference for the selection of clinical periostomy complications management scheme. It provides value basis for the decision-making of medical staff, patients and medical insurance payers.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄≥18周岁；结直肠肿瘤行永久性造口术患者；智力正常、意识清楚并能配合治疗护理者。

Inclusion criteria

≥18 years of age; Patients with colorectal tumors undergoing permanent ostomy; A person with normal intelligence, clear consciousness and cooperative care.

排除标准：

有严重的视听功能障碍或认知障碍、患有精神疾病或意识障碍等；合并肠内营养禁忌证,如肠梗阻；有内分泌疾病以及代谢类疾病的患者；有明显恶病质、严重心、肝、肾等重要器官病变的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Have serious audio-visual dysfunction or cognitive impairment, suffer from mental illness or consciousness disorder, etc.; Contraindications of enteral nutrition, such as intestinal obstruction; Patients with endocrine diseases and metabolic diseases; Patients with obvious cachexia, serious heart, liver, kidney and other vital organ lesions.
