研究目的：

(1) 探讨弹力带抗阻训练对老年2型糖尿病患者的衰弱前期的衰弱改善程度； (2) 探讨弹力带抗阻训练对老年2型糖尿病患者衰弱前期的糖脂代谢指标的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To explore the degree of debilitating improvement of elastic band resistance training on the pre-debilitation of elderly type 2 diabetic patients. (2) To explore the effect of elastic band resistance training on glucolipid metabolic indexes in elderly type 2 diabetic patients with pre-debilitating conditions.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)符合 Fried 衰弱表型诊断为衰弱前期； 2)年龄≥60岁以上者，≤80岁以下者； 3)符合2型糖尿病诊断标准； 4)能够行走（可以使用助行器、拐杖或手杖）者； 5)能够正常进行交流，知情同意，愿意参加本项研究者；

Inclusion criteria

1) Those who meet Fried's debilitating phenotype diagnosis of pre-debilitating. 2) Those aged ≥60 years or older and ≤80 years or younger. 3) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes mellitus. 4) Those who are able to walk (can use a walker, crutches or cane). 5)Those who are able to communicate normally, give informed consent, and are willing to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1)有精神疾病者； 2)语言表达或由有交流障碍者； 3)病情危重或严重认知功能障碍者； 4)没有严重心功能不全，严重肝功能不全，终末期肾脏透析； 5)患有自身免疫性疾病，恶性肿瘤； 6)膝关节或者髋关节做过手术者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Persons with mental illness. 2) Those with language expression or by having communication impairment. 3) Persons with critical illness or severe cognitive impairment. 4) Those without severe cardiac insufficiency, severe liver insufficiency, end-stage renal dialysis. 5) Having autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors. 6) Those who have had surgery on the knee or hip joint.

采用excel生成随机数字表，由试验人员在随机数字表中随机选取98个连续的数字，将所观察的患者按奇、偶数分为干预组和对照两组。
