研究目的：

通过回顾性收集新冠疫情期间住院患者的清醒俯卧位持续时间、临床结局和住院费用等资料，分析和探讨患者清醒俯卧位持续时间与患者结局和住院费用的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the association between the duration of awake prone position and patient outcome and hospitalization cost through retrospective collection of data on the duration of awake prone position, clinical outcome and hospitalization cost of hospitalized patients during the COVID-19 epidemc.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）新型冠状病毒核酸检测确诊或临床高度怀疑新冠病毒感染；（2）年龄≥18岁；（3）住院期间根据医护人员指导，进行了清醒俯卧位；（4）清醒俯卧位期间通过各类呼吸支持方式接受氧气支持；（5）清醒俯卧位前进行未进行气管插管；（6）意识清醒。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Diagnosed as COVID-19 infection by nucleic acid test or highly suspected;(2）≥18 years of age;(3) During the hospitalization, according to the guidance of medical staff, the awake prone position was performed; (4) Receiving oxygen support through various respiratory support methods during awake prone position; (5) Endotracheal intubation was not performed before awake prone position; (6) The patient was conscious.

排除标准：

住院期间进行了清醒俯卧位但时间数据缺失的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who conducted awake prone position during hospitalization but with missing data.
