研究目的：

本研究通过探测男性精液质量以及微塑料的浓度，结合蛋白组学，探索微塑料暴露与男性不育之间的相关性；评估微塑料对人类健康的早期生物效应的可能生物标志物  

Objectives of Study：

This study explored the correlation between microplastics exposure and quality of semen by detecting the concentration of microplastics in the semen and combining with proteomics, and assessing the possible biomarkers for the early biological effects of microplastics on human health.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）禁欲时间2~7天;
（2）要求具有精液常规检测信息、调查问卷信息填写完整、且精液常规检查后剩余精液量超过微塑料检测的最低要求;
（3）年龄18~45岁;
（4）近期未接触金属化学品、无放射史;
（5）自愿签署知情同意，并能积极配合者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Abstinence time, 2-7 days
(2) Information on routine semen testing, completed questionnaires, and residual semen volume after routine semen testing were required to exceed the minimum requirements for microplastics testing.
(3) Age range 18-45 years
(4) No recent exposure to metallochemicals, no history of radiation.
(5)Voluntarily signed informed consent and able to actively cooperate.

排除标准：

(1) 问卷信息填写不完整者，超过30%的题目未填或未按题目要求作答；
(2)患生殖系统疾病(无精子症、隐睾、附睾炎、前列腺炎、性传播疾病、输精管切除史、精索静脉曲张等)、出生缺陷(Y染色体缺失)的人群；
(3)近期(近1个月内)或长期(连续3个月)服用过影响精液质量药物(补肾强精药)的人群:
(4) 患内分泌性疾病、心血管疾病者。
(5)合并癌症、血液系统疾病患者；
(6)合并肝、肾功能不全的患者；
(7)临床病例资料、实验室的检验检查结果不全者；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those whose questionnaire information was incomplete to fill in, more than 30% of the titles were either not filled in or did not respond to their title requirements;
(2) Those suffering from reproductive diseases (azoospermia, cryptorchidism, epididymitis, prostatitis, sexually transmitted diseases, history of vasectomy, varicocele, etc.), birth defects (Y chromosome deletion;
(3) Recent (within nearly 1 month) or long-term (3 consecutive months) intake of medications affecting semen quality (kidney tonic spermatogonia);
(4) Affected with endocrinopathies, cardiovascular diseases).
(5) Patients with comorbid cancer or hematological diseases;
(6) Patients with combined hepatic and renal dysfunction;
(7) Data on clinical cases, incomplete laboratory test results.
