纳入标准：

1: 年龄6-12岁 2: 症状符合DSM-V中关于ASD/ADHD的诊断标准 3: 就诊时未服用过任何治疗ASD/ADHD的药物 4: 已完成 DN： CAS 测试 5: 韦氏智力测验总智商≥80分（韦氏儿童智力量表修订本）

Inclusion criteria

1: Aged from 6 to 12 year 2: Symptoms meet the diagnostic criteria for ASD/ADHD in DSM-V 3: Did not take any medication to treat ASD/ADHD at the time of the visit 4: The DN: CAS test has been completed 5: Total IQ of Wechsler intelligence test ≥ 80 points (revised version of Wechsler Children's Intelligence Scale)

排除标准：

1: 既往有精神分裂症等精神疾病史 2: 头颅CT或者MRI检查存在明显的器质性病变 3: 心电图、脑电图检查提示异常 4: 存在有肝肾功能、甲状腺功能异常及影响认知功能评估的视觉、听觉疾病 5: 未完成 DN： CAS 测试 6: 韦氏智力测验总智商＜80分（韦氏儿童智力量表修订本）

Exclusion criteria：

1: Previous history of mental illness such as schizophrenia 2: Significant organic lesions present on head CT or MRI examination 3: Abnormal electrocardiogram and electroencephalogram examination 4: Existence of visual and auditory diseases with abnormal liver and kidney function, thyroid function, and impact on cognitive function assessment 5: The DN: CAS test has not been completed 6: Total IQ of Wechsler intelligence test<80 points (revised version of Wechsler Children's Intelligence Scale)
