研究目的：

探讨持续腰大池引流对正常压力脑积水患者分流手术效果的诊断效能  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the diagnostic efficacy of external lumbar drainage on the effect of shunt surgery in patients with normal pressure hydrocephalus.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄＞18岁。 （2）至少出现步态、认知或排尿功能障碍中的一种以上症状，不能完全用其他神经退行性疾病解释。 （3）头部CT和MRI检查发现脑室扩大的证据，排除其他脑室扩大的疾病。 （4）颅内压在正常范围内，且脑脊液相关指标正常。 （5）患者本人或授权人均签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) adult patients (age > 18). (2) At least one or more of the symptoms of gait, cognitive or urinary dysfunction cannot be completely explained by other neurodegenerative diseases. (3) CT and MRI examination of the head found evidence of ventricular enlargement, excluding other diseases of ventricular enlargement. (4) Intracranial pressure is within normal range, and related indexes of cerebrospinal fluid are normal. (5) Informed consent signed by the patient or the authorised person.

排除标准：

（1）患有认知及肢体活动障碍的其他疾病。 （2）存在腰椎穿刺或持续腰大池引流绝对禁忌症。 （3）患有精神病或近期服用精神类药。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Other diseases with cognitive and limb movement disorders. (2) Patients with absolute contraindications of lumbar puncture or continuous lumbar cistern drainage. (3) Those who suffer from mental illness or take psychotropic drugs recently.

Diagnostic Tests：

金标准或参考标准（即可准确诊断某疾病的单项方法或多项联合方法，在本研究中用于诊断是否有该病的临床参考标准）：

单独临床症状、体征、影像学检查及脑脊液放液试验并不能确诊正常压力脑积水，最终临床确诊正常压力脑积水的金标准为脑室腹腔分流术后症状改善。

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

Normal pressure hydrocephalus can not be diagnosed by clinical symptoms, signs, imaging examination and cerebrospinal fluid drainage test alone. The gold standard for clinical diagnosis of normal pressure hydrocephalus is the improvement of symptoms after ventriculoperitoneal shunt.
