研究目的：

拟通过电子病历系统回顾性收集住院脑卒中患者的临床资料，并收集同时期气象资料，探索住院脑卒中患者的人口学特征、功能障碍、并发症及中医证候分布的影响因素，分析住院脑卒中患者的入院时间季节性差异以研究脑卒中发病时间规律、气候变化对脑卒中后功能障碍及其严重程度的影响，并基于机机器学习算法构建脑卒中中医辨证预测模型，为临床提高对脑卒中的早期预防、有效干预及改善预后提供可靠的循证医学证据，减轻卒中相关的家庭与社会负担。  

Objectives of Study：

We will retrospectively collect the clinical data of hospitalized stroke patients through an electronic medical record system, and collect the meteorological data during the same period. We will retrospectively collect the clinical data of hospitalized stroke patients through an electronic medical record system, and collect the meteorological data during the same period.Then, we will build a TCM syndrome differentiation prediction model for stroke based on machine learning algorithm to provide reliable evidence-based medical evidence for clinical improvement of early prevention, effective intervention and prognosis improvement of stroke, and reduce the burden of family and society related to stroke.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合脑卒中的中西医诊断标准；②病程≤1年；③年龄≥18 岁；④入院症状记录完整。

Inclusion criteria

①Meet the diagnostic criteria of Traditional Chinese and Western medicine for stroke; ②Time since stroke is less than one year; ③Patients who are more than 18 years old; ④admission symptoms were completely recorded.

排除标准：

①合并严重精神疾病者；②妊娠期或哺乳期妇女；③病历记录不全，或有20%以上资料缺失者；④研究者判断其他不适宜参加本研究的因素。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with severe mental illness; ② pregnant or lactating women; ③ incomplete medical records or more than 20% missing data; ④other factors judged by the investigator as not appropriate to participate in the study.
