研究目的：

验证血清神经丝轻链蛋白、S100B蛋白、miR-92a-3p、miR-532-5p与老年2型糖尿病患者围术期神经认知障碍相关性，对比不同指标的预测相关性强弱，找出最佳预测指标。  

Objectives of Study：

To verify the correlation between serum neurofilament light chain protein, S100β protein, miR-92a-3p, miR-532-5p and perioperative neurocognitive disorders in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes, compare the strength of correlation between different indicators and find the best predictor.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.海口市人民医院择期全麻下行腹部手术患者；
2.确诊为2型糖尿病（诊断标准空腹血糖（FPG）≥7.0mmol/L，或OGTT餐后两小时血糖2hPG≥11.1mmol/L或糖尿病症状+随机血糖≥11.1mmol/L；如果三个血糖标准符合任何一项，属于糖尿病；如果没有出现三多一少症状，仅一次血糖值达到糖尿病诊断标准者，需另一天复查一次予以证实。
3.年龄≥60岁，性别不限；
4.ASA评分I～III级；
5.18 kg/m2≤身体质量指数（body mass index, BMI）≤30kg/m2；
6.MMSE＞24分；
7.本人或法定代理人签署书面知情同意书；
8.能理解研究流程与量表内容，能与研究人员进行有效沟通；

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients undergoing abdominal operation under elective general anesthesia in Haikou People's Hospital;

2. Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus (diagnostic criteria: fasting blood glucose (FPG) ≥7.0mmol/L, OGTT 2hPG≥11.1mmol/L two hours after meal, or diabetes symptoms + random blood glucose ≥11.1mmol/L; If any of the three blood glucose criteria are met, diabetes is considered. If there are no symptoms, and the blood glucose level meets the diagnostic criteria of diabetes only once, it needs to be confirmed by a review on another day.

3. Age ≥60 years old, gender unlimited;

4.ASA grade I to III;

5.18 kg/m2≤ body mass index (BMI) ≤30kg/m2;

6.MMSE > 24points;

7. Written informed consent signed by the person or legal representative;

8. Able to understand the research process and scale content, and able to communicate effectively with researchers;

排除标准：

1.严重心肺功能不全；
2.高出血风险受试者，包括先天性出血疾病受试者(如血友病)、血小板减少受试者(血小板计数低于 50x109/L)、血小板功能异常受试者(如特发性血小板减少性紫癜、弥散性血管内凝血、先天性血小板功能异常)或有临床意义的任何活动性出血的受试者;
3.凝血功能异常(PT（凝血酶原时间）>ULN+3s 和/或 APTT（活化部分凝血活酶时间）>ULN+10s);
4.精神病史；
5.正在服用抗癫痫药物和抗精神病药物；
6.术前患有多发性硬化、癫痫、痴呆、脑炎、脱髓鞘疾病、运动神经元疾病、阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病、创伤性脑损伤等疾病；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency;
2. With high blood risk, including congenital bleeding disorders (e.g., hemophilia), thrombocytopenia (platelet count less than 50x109/L), abnormal platelet function (e.g., idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, disseminated intravascular coagulation, congenital thrombocytopenic dysfunction) or any clinically significant active bleeding;
3. Abnormal coagulation function (PT (prothrombin time) >ULN+3s and/or APTT (activated partial thrombin time) >ULN+10s);
4. History of mental illness;
5. Taking antiepileptic and antipsychotic medications;
6. Patients with multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, dementia, encephalitis, demyelinating disease, motor neurone disease, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, traumatic brain injury and other diseases before surgery;
