探讨血清甘油三酯水平与急性胆源性胰腺炎病情严重程度的相关性  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the correlation between serum triglyceride levels and the severity of acute biliary pancreatitis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.18岁≤年龄≤80岁；2.满足急性胆源性胰腺炎诊断标准；3.起病后3天内入院；4.入院后24h内测定血脂水平。

Inclusion criteria

1.18 years ≤ age ≤ 80 years; 2. meet the diagnostic criteria for acute biliary pancreatitis; 3. admitted within 3 days after onset; 4. measured blood lipid levels within 24 hours after admission.

排除标准：

1.有任何恶性肿瘤病史；2.有胰腺外伤及胆胰手术史；3.长期服用激素及免疫抑制剂；4.处于任何疾病晚期或终末期；5.孕妇或哺乳期妇女；6.资料信息不全。

Exclusion criteria：

1. history of any malignant tumor; 2. history of pancreatic trauma and biliopancreatic surgery; 3. long-term use of hormones and immunosuppressive agents; 4. in the late or terminal stage of any disease; 5. pregnant or lactating women; 6. incomplete data.
