研究目的：

本研究拟进行内部异质性和相关影响路径的研究与分析，旨在了解护士的工作沉浸体验,并进一步从内在人格因素 (完美主义) 和外部潜在因素 (社会联结) 两个方面揭示工作沉浸对知觉压力的影响机制, 为疫情防控期间对一线护士进行预防性心理干预和辅导提供参考依据，为临床护理管理者有效提升护理队伍的心理健康水平和工作状态提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate and analyze the internal heterogeneity and related influential pathways to understand nurses' work immersion experience, and further reveal the influence mechanism of work immersion on perceived stress from both internal personality factors (perfectionism) and external potential factors (social bonding) to provide a reference basis for preventive psychological intervention and counseling for frontline nurses during epidemic prevention and control, and to provide new ideas for clinical nursing managers to effectively improve the psychological health and work status of the nursing team.

纳入标准：

①参与外派疫情地区或本地区大规模核酸采样；
②参与护理新型冠状病毒阳性确诊患者；
③知情同意，自愿参加本次研究。

Inclusion criteria

①Participation in large-scale nucleic acid sampling in outbreak areas or in the region.
②Participation in the care of patients with positive confirmed novel coronavirus.
③Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

①实习护士；
②进修护士。

Exclusion criteria：

①Internship nurses.
②Further training nurses.
