本研究建立2个预测模型，比较全因死亡率和心血管事件死亡率的影响因素，并评估HD患者的长期生存率。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, two predictive models were established to compare the factors of all-cause mortality and cardiovascular event mortality, and to evaluate the long-term survival of HD patients.

纳入标准：

符合血液透析标准；经医院伦理委员会批准者。

Inclusion criteria

Meet the hemodialysis criteria; Approved by the ethics committee of the hospital.

排除标准：

血液透析时间小于3个月；有肾移植或腹膜透析史。

Exclusion criteria：

The exclusion criteria included hemodialysis duration of fewer than 3 months, the outcome of kidney transplantation, and history of peritoneal dialysis.
