研究目的：

静坐少动的中老年女性人数逐年增长，并不断年轻化，严重影响了患者的日常生活。因此，寻找更加有效的保守治疗是临床上有待解决的重要问题。本实验研究ADIM联合物理治疗是否能有效改善中老年女性健康效益，并比较在有监督和无监督下该方法的依从性以及生活质量改善情况。  

Objectives of Study：

The number of middle-aged and old women who sit and move less is increasing year by year, and they are getting younger and younger, which seriously affects the daily life of patients. Therefore, it is an important problem to seek more effective conservative treatment. The purpose of this study was to investigate whether Adim combined with physical therapy can improve the health benefits of middle-aged and elderly women, and to compare the compliance and quality of life improvement of the method under supervision and without supervision.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.年龄在18至75岁之间；
2.静坐少动：未达到每周至少三天，每天至少30min的中等强度体力活动，且持续三个月以上的运动量即为静坐少动；
3.没有心血管病、肺脏和（或）代谢疾病的症状或体征；
4.每天步行少于2000步，且过去3个月没有规律的运动习惯；
5.无运动时听音乐的习惯；
6.无前庭及听觉障碍病史，经耳鼻喉科医师确认无听力异常；
7.经确认受试者以往没有参加过类似的实验研究或运动干预；
8.受试者无吸烟史，无贫血或其他心血管疾病；
9.BMI≤27.5

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged between 18 and 75;
2. Sedentary less movement: less than at least three days a week, at least 30 minutes a day of moderate intensity physical activity, and continued more than three months of exercise is sedentary less movement;
3. No symptoms or signs of cardiovascular, pulmonary, and/or metabolic disease;
4. Less than 2000 steps a day, and the past 3 months there is no regular exercise habits;
5. The habit of listening to music while not exercising
6. No history of vestibular and hearing impairment and no hearing abnormality confirmed by Otolaryngology
7. It was confirmed that the subjects had not participated in similar experimental studies or exercise intervention before;
8. The subjects had no smoking history, anemia or other cardiovascular diseases
9.BMI ≤27.5

排除标准：

1.腰椎、下肢或腹部手术后<6个月；
2.风湿病/炎症性疾病（如类风湿性关节炎，强直性脊柱炎，银屑病关节炎，红斑狼疮，Scheuermann病）；
3.怀孕、恶性肿瘤、急性创伤、脊髓压迫、马尾综合征、心功能不全；
4.进行性神经系统疾病（如多发性硬化症，帕金森病，运动神经元疾病）；
5.神经根压迫或椎管狭窄导致的腰痛；
6.严重脊柱侧弯

Exclusion criteria：

1. Less than 6 months after lumbar, lower extremity or abdominal surgery;
2. Rheumatic and inflammatory diseases (e.g. , Rheumatoid Arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis, lupus erythematosus, Scheuermann disease) ;
3. Pregnancy, malignant tumor, acute trauma, spinal cord compression, cauda equina syndrome, cardiac insufficiency;
4. Progressive neurological disorder (e.g. , multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, motor neuron disease) ;
5.Low back pain due to nerve root compression or spinal canal stenosis;
6. Severe scoliosis

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

临床观察表由研究者填写，每个入选受试者必须完成临床观察表。完成的临床观察表由临床监查员审查后，第一联移交数据管理员，进行数据录入与管理工作。数据录入与管理由统计学教研室指定数据管理员负责。数据管理员采用R软件编制数据录入程序，进行数据录入与管理。为保证数据的准确性，应由两个数据管理员独立进行双份录入并校对。对报告表中存在的疑问，数据管理员将产生疑问解答表（DRQ），并通过临床监查员向研究者发出询问，研究者应尽快解答并返回，数据管理员根据研究者的回答进行数据修改、确认与录入，必要时可以再次发出DRQ。在盲态审核并确认建立的数据库正确后，由主要研究者、统计分析人员对数据进行锁定，锁定后的数据文件不再做改动。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The Clinical report form is filled out by the investigator, and each selected subject must complete the form. After the clinical monitor reviews the completed Clinical report form, the first page will be handed over to the data administrator for data entry and management. Data entry and management are the responsibility of the designated data administrator of the Statistics Department. Data administrators use EPI Data software to compile data entry procedures for data entry and management. To ensure the accuracy of the data, two data administrators should independently double-entry and proofread. For the questions in the report form, the data administrator will generate a Question Answer Form (DRQ) and send questions to the investigator through the clinical monitor. The researcher should answer and return it as soon as possible. Modify, confirm and enter, and reissue DRQ if necessary. After blindly reviewing and ensuring that the established database is correct, the principal investigator and statistical analyst will lock the data, and the locked data files will not be changed.
