研究目的：

应用超声评估血容量状态及容量反应，以指导液体治疗。  

Objectives of Study：

Ultrasound was used to evaluate blood volume state and volume response to guide fluid therapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 择期行手术的患者；
② ASA分级 I～Ⅲ级；
③ 无意识障碍；
④ 年龄在65～80 岁之间的老年患者；
⑤ BMI 18～25 kg/m2；
⑥ 术前禁食禁饮的择期手术患者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients who underwent elective operation;
(2) ASA grade I ~ III;
(3) Unconscious disorder;
(4) Elderly patients aged between 65 and 80 years old;
(5) BMI 18 to 25 kg/m2;
(6) Elective operation patients with fasting and fasting before operation.

排除标准：

① 严重心脏瓣膜疾病及心功能不全者；
② 呼吸系统疾病如胸腔积液的患者；
③ 腹内压增加或者肝硬化患者；
④ 肠胀气超声无法准确测量或者辨别IVC图像患者；
⑤ 严重外周血管病变者；
⑥ 拒绝签署知情同意及不配合者；
⑦ 胸腹壁软组织破损感染无法接受超声检查的患；
⑧ 术前使用血管活性药物者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with severe valvular heart disease and cardiac insufficiency;
(2) Patients with respiratory diseases such as pleural effusion;
(3) Patients with increased intra-abdominal pressure or liver cirrhosis;
(4) Intestinal flatulence ultrasound can not accurately measure or distinguish patients with IVC images;
(5) Severe peripheral vascular disease;
(6) Those who refuse to sign informed consent and do not cooperate;
(7) Patients with soft tissue damage and infection of chest and abdomen wall can not be examined by ultrasound;
(8) Patients who use vasoactive drugs before operation.
