纳入标准：

年龄≥70岁，术前病理证实为结肠癌，能根治性切除，肝肾功能正常

Inclusion criteria

The age ≥ 70 years old, preoperative pathology proved to be colon cancer, radical resection, liver and kidney function is normal

排除标准：

术前存在梗阻、急症手术、联合脏器切除者；合并严重心肺疾病者；术前接受新辅助治疗者；远处转移

Exclusion criteria：

Preoperative obstruction, emergency surgery, combined viscera excision; patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease; preoperative neoadjuvant therapy; distant metastasis
