研究目的：

研究18F-AMG510显像剂PET/CT扫描对肿瘤KRAS突变精准预测的价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the value of 18F-AMG510 developer PET/CT scans for accurate prediction of tumor KRAS mutations.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

病理确诊并基因检测KRAS突变的肿瘤患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with pathologically confirmed and genetically tested KRAS mutations in their tumors.

排除标准：

无病理结果验证者、未成年、孕妇、哺乳期妇女、肝肾功能严重不全者（丙氨酸氨基转移酶超出正常值上限的8-10倍，血清肌酐为
186—442 μmol/L）。

Exclusion criteria：

Those who without verification of pathological results, minors, pregnant and lactating women, and those with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency (Alanine aminotransferase exceeded the upper limit of normal by a factor of 8-10, and serum creatinine was 186-442 μmol/L).
