研究目的：

本项目结合课题组的前期研究工作，紧密围绕“针刺能够有效干预和调节敏感期内弱视患儿视皮质关键区功能和结构损害及异常重组”的研究假说，拟从治疗儿童屈光性弱视的评价和机制研究入手，基于静息态fMRI技术，检测评估弱视患者视觉损害后视觉皮层功能的异常改变；在此基础上，进一步探讨和揭示针刺干预弱视的脑功能可塑性调节机制，为弱视的针灸效应研究和临床应用提供研究依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This project based on previous research work, discovers closely around the acupuncture can effectively intervention and regulation of the sensitive period amblyopia in children with visual cortex area key functional and structural damage and abnormal restructuring research hypothesis, from the evaluation of treatment of refractive amblyopic children and mechanism research, this paper based on the resting state fMRI technology, testing assessment amblyopia patients abnormal changes of visual function of visual cortex after damage; On this basis, further explore and reveal the brain function plasticity regulation mechanism of acupuncture intervention on amblyopia, and provide the research basis for the acupuncture effect research and clinical application of amblyopia.

纳入标准：

性别不限，年龄6-12岁；屈光参差性弱视患儿；可遵医嘱完成治疗并配合完成相关指标检测者。

Inclusion criteria

No gender limitation, aged 6 to 12 years; Children with anisometropia amblyopia; Can follow the doctor's advice to complete the treatment and cooperate with the completion of relevant indicators.

参与本项目期间接受可能影响本项目疗效的其它疗法（包括药物疗法和其它外治法）者。

Exclusion criteria：

Other therapies (including drug therapy and other external therapies) that may affect the efficacy of the project.
