研究目的：

评价原子磁力计心磁图对于胸部放疗患者心肌损伤的早期辅助诊断价值  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluation of the application values of atomic magnetometer magnetocardiography in the early diagnosis of myocardial injury after radiotherapy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18-80岁，性别不限，具有自主行为能力；
（2）能够理解研究目的，自愿参加并签署知情同意书；
（3）临床确诊为食管癌或乳腺癌，拟行首次放疗。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 18-80 years old, gender unlimited, have the ability of independent behavior;
(2) Able to understand the purpose of the study, voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent;
(3) Clinically diagnosed esophageal cancer or breast cancer, and the first radiotherapy is to be performed.

排除标准：

（1）起搏器术后及药物泵植入术后；
（2）幽闭恐惧症；
（3）心功能不全（NYHAⅢ级及以上）；
（4）复杂心律失常，如频发性房性早搏、室性早搏、心房颤动、心房扑动等；
（5）严重胸廓畸形；
（6）先天性心脏病；
（7）冠状动脉搭桥术后；
（8）3个月内急性心肌梗死；
（9）既往接受过放疗；
（10）同期接受化疗或免疫治疗；
（11）计划3个月内接受手术治疗；
（12）其它原因研究者认为不适合入选的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) After pacemaker surgery and drug pump implantation;
(2) claustrophobia;
(3) Cardiac insufficiency (NYHAⅢ and above);
(4) Complex arrhythmias, such as frequent atrial premature beat, ventricular premature beat, atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, etc.;
(5) severe thoracic deformity;
(6) Congenital heart disease;
(7) after coronary artery bypass grafting;
(8) acute myocardial infarction within 3 months;
(9) previous radiotherapy;
(10) concurrent chemotherapy or immunotherapy;
(11) Plan to receive surgical treatment within 3 months;
(12) Subjects considered unsuitable for inclusion for other reasons.
