研究目的：

本课题设计开展多中心、大样本RCT临床研究，在靳三针治疗儿童自闭症总体改善的基础上，重点观察其社交与情绪、行为、认知能力的改变；胃肠功能变化（包括排便能力、肠道菌群、胃肠动力等），进行统计学分析。阐明靳三针能通过改善自闭症患儿胃肠功能从而影响其脑发育，最终产生对其社交与情绪障碍的正向调节作用，进一步验证靳三针可通过从胃肠论治的脑-肠轴法有效治疗自闭症的依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This project is designed to conduct a multi-center, large-sample RCT clinical study. Based on the overall improvement of children with autism treated by Jin Sanpin, the focus is on changes in social and emotional, behavioral, and cognitive abilities; changes in gastrointestinal function (including defecation) Ability, intestinal flora, gastrointestinal motility, etc.) for statistical analysis. To clarify that Jin San Acupuncture can affect the brain development of children with autism by improving gastrointestinal function, and finally produce a positive regulating effect on their social and emotional disorders, further verifying that Jin San Acupuncture can treat brain from gastrointestinal- Basis of intestinal axis method for effective treatment of autism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合上述中西医诊断标准；
（2）年龄在 2-12 岁以内；
（3）自愿加入本试验并能坚持针刺、行为干预疗法 12 个月；
（4）观察期内未采取除针灸和行为干预疗法外的其他治疗方法；
（5）对本研究有正确而客观的认识，有良好的依从性；
（6）愿意参加本次研究的知情同意者（需签定知情同意书）；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Comply with the above-mentioned diagnostic standards of Chinese and Western medicine;
(2) Aged 2 to 12 years;
(3) Voluntarily participate in this trial and can adhere to acupuncture and behavioral intervention therapy for 12 months;
(4) During the observation period, no other treatment methods except acupuncture and behavior intervention therapy were adopted;
(5) Have a correct and objective understanding of this research and have good compliance;
(6) Informed consent willing to participate in this research (requires signed informed consent).

排除标准：

（1）3 个月内接受过针刺治疗者；
（2）合并有严重心脑血管、肝、肾、血液等系统疾病者；
（3）同时患有 Asperger（阿斯伯格）综合征、heller 综合征（儿童瓦解性精神病、又称婴儿痴呆）、Retts（烈特士）综合征、特定感受性语言障碍或儿童精神分裂症；
（4）有严重出血性疾病倾向者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who have received acupuncture treatment within 3 months;
(2) Patients with severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, blood and other system diseases;
(3) Suffering from both Asperger syndrome and Heller syndrome (children's tile)Psychosis (also known as infantile dementia), Retts syndrome, specific susceptibility Speech impairment or child schizophrenia;
(4) Those with a tendency to severe bleeding disorders.
