研究目的：

分析清醒俯卧位与贯序侧卧位对中型新型冠状病毒感染患者的疗效并比较。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze and compare the efficacy of awake prone positioning and Sequential lateral positioning in patients with moderate Corona virus disease 2019.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①诊断为中型新型冠状病毒感染，诊断标准与临床分型的判定参照《新型冠状病毒感染诊疗方案（试行第十版）》；②在未进行呼吸支持的情况下SpO2<94%且呼吸频率＞22次/min；③＞18岁；④意识清醒，知情同意并配合。

Inclusion criteria

① Diagnosis of medium novel coronavirus infection, diagnostic criteria and clinical classification refer to the Diagnosis and Treatment Protocol for Novel Coronavirus Infection (Trial 10th Edition); ② SpO2<94% and respiratory rate > 22 times /min without respiratory support; ③ > 18 years old; ④Conscious, informed consent and cooperation.

排除标准：

①有气道梗阻、窒息、呼吸衰竭的危险并且需要或已经插管；②终末期共病、多器官衰竭；③装入心脏起搏器或心脏支架；④颈椎、脊椎疾病或骨折；⑤近期腹部手术或腹内高压；⑥急性出血性疾病；体表损伤或皮肤破损；⑦妊娠期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

① is at risk of airway obstruction, asphyxia, respiratory failure and requires or has been intubated; ② End-stage comorbidity, multiple organ failure; ③ Install cardiac pacemaker or heart stent; ④ Cervical spine, spine disease or fracture; ⑤ Recent abdominal surgery or intra-abdominal hypertension; ⑥ Acute hemorrhagic disease; Skin damage or skin damage; ⑦ Pregnant women.
