a) 探讨子痫前期高龄产妇肠道菌群改变与肾损伤的肠-肾轴交互机制 b) 探讨剖宫产对子痫前期高龄产妇以及正常高龄产妇术后肾损伤时程的影响 c) 探讨不同分娩方式对子痫前期高龄产妇术后肠-肾轴交互作用影响的差异 d) 探讨不同分娩方式对子痫前期高龄产妇术后肾损伤时程的影响  

Objectives of Study：

a) To explore the interaction mechanism between intestinal flora changes and kidney injury in older women with preeclampsia b) To investigate the effects of cesarean section on the duration of renal injury in older women with preeclampsia and after normal advanced obstetric surgery c) To investigate the difference of the effect of different delivery modes on enteric-renal axis interaction after advanced obstetric surgery for preeclampsia d) To investigate the effects of different delivery methods on the duration of renal injury after advanced obstetric surgery for preeclampsia

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 年龄≥35岁
2) 子痫前期组：ASA II～III 级，产科医生诊断为子痫前期的产妇
3) 正常组：年龄匹配的正常产妇

Inclusion criteria

1) Age ≥ 35 years old
2) Pre-eclampsia group: women with ASA II to III, diagnosed as pre-eclampsia by obstetrician
3) Normal group: age-matched normal puerpera

排除标准：

1) 多胎妊娠
2) 妊娠前患有糖尿病、高血压、肾脏疾病
3) 肠道疾病：肠炎、克罗恩病等
4) 合并系统性红斑狼疮等免疫系统疾病，以及需要长期应用糖皮质激素治疗
5) 妊娠合并症：癫痫、心脏疾患、血液系统疾病，感染性疾病、病毒性肝炎、妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积综合征
6) 粪便采集1个月以内使用了抗生素
7) 合并抑郁焦虑等精神疾病

Exclusion criteria：

1) Multiple pregnancy
2) Pre-pregnancy diabetes, hypertension, kidney disease
3) Intestinal diseases: enteritis, Crohn's disease, etc
4) Combined with systemic lupus erythematosus and other immune system diseases, and the need for long-term glucocorticoid therapy
5) Complications of pregnancy: epilepsy, heart disorders, hematological diseases, infectious diseases, viral hepatitis, intrahepatic cholestasis syndrome of pregnancy
6) Antibiotics were used within 1 month of fecal collection
7) Depression, anxiety and other mental diseasesc
