探究丙泊酚和七氟烷维持的全身麻醉对接受肝胆外科手术患者大脑氧化应激指标的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of general anesthesia maintained by propofol and sevoflurane on cerebral oxidative stress in patients undergoing hepatobiliary surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)年龄18～60岁
2)ASAⅠ-Ⅲ级
3)具有肝胆外科手术适应症且手术时间不少于2小时的患者
4)同意参与本研究并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1) 18 to 60 years
2) ASA gradeⅠ-Ⅲ
3) Patients with indications for hepatobiliary surgery and operating time of not less than 2 hours
4) Agreed to participate in this study and signed an informed consent form

排除标准：

1)有使用丙泊酚或七氟烷禁忌症者
2)患有严重心、肺、肾等重要器官疾病者
3)患有严重感染性疾病、内分泌系统疾病及血液系统疾病者
4)既往有吸烟、酗酒及药物滥用史者
5)术前一周接受过辐射服用抗氧化剂药物

Exclusion criteria：

1) Contraindications to the use of propofol or sevoflurane
2) Patients with severe heart, lung, kidney and other important organ diseases
3) Patients with severe infectious diseases, endocrine system diseases and blood system diseases
4) Those who have a history of smoking, alcohol and drug abuse
5) Received radiation and took antioxidants a week before operation
