研究目的：

为了明确针刺治疗对女性肝郁型不寐的疗效,并采用对照设计，排除针刺的安慰剂效应。并且明确针刺方案中选穴的重要性，为针刺治疗女性失眠提供重要的临床依据，推广针刺应用，推动针灸学科发展。  

Objectives of Study：

We conduct this clinical trial in order to investigate the efficacy of acupuncture on women with insomnia caused by liver-qi stagnation, and to use a controlled design to exclude the placebo effect of acupuncture. We also try to clarify the importance of acupoints selection in acupuncture protocols, hoping to to provide an important clinical basis for acupuncture in the treatment of insomnia in women, to promote the application of acupuncture and to facilitate the development of the disciplines of acupuncture and moxibustion.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 年龄18-40岁的女性患者；
② 匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）总评分≥7；
③ 同时符合肝郁型不寐的中医、西医诊断标准；
④ 具一定的文化水平，可独立完成相关调查问卷；
⑤ 签署知情同意书，志愿参加本试验研究。

Inclusion criteria

① Female patients aged 18-40 years;
② The patient's total score of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI)≥ 7;
③ Meet the diagnostic standards of insomnia due to liver-qi stagnation in traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine;
④ Have a certain level of education and be able to complete relevant questionnaires independently;
⑤ Sign the informed consent form and volunteerly to participate in this trial.

排除标准：

① 由外界环境、饮食、疾病、药物等因素引起的继发性失眠；
② 既往有抑郁症病史，汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)总评分≥17
③ 存在以下病史：1）心血管、肺、肝、肾、造血系统等严重原发性疾病；2）精神障碍疾病；3）恶性肿瘤；4）全身性疾病：疼痛、咳嗽、发热、手术等；
④ 近1个月内服用过抗精神类、抗抑郁类或其他影响中枢神经系统的药物；
⑤ 妊娠期或哺乳期的妇女；
⑥ 选穴部位有局部皮肤炎症、溃疡等；
⑦ 近半年内接受过针灸治疗；
⑧ 近1个月内参加过其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

① Secondary insomnia caused by external environment, diet, disease, drugs and other factors;
② With a history of depression, the total score of the 17-item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD-17) is ≥17
③ With the medical history including: 1) Severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, lung, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system; 2) Mental disorders; 3) Cancer; 4) Systemic diseases: pain, cough, fever, surgery, etc.;
④ Taking antipsychotics, antidepressants or other drugs that may affect the central nervous system in the past 1 month;
⑤ Pregnant or lactating women;
⑥ Skin inflammations or ulcers around the selected acupoints;
⑦ Have received acupuncture and moxibustion treatment in the past six months;
⑧ Participated in other clinical trials within the past 1 month.

本研究采用完全随机方法,由独立的统计师使用SPSS 24.0软件产生的随机数字表，并制作包含分组信息的信封，按1：1：1比例根据患者的入组顺序将其随机分至针灸组、安慰剂组和无效经穴组。
