研究目的：

主要研究目的：研究腹腔镜下卵巢部分组织分离并体外给与激活剂激活后再次原位移植回卵巢是否可以导致卵子的激活，诱发POF患者卵子的重新生长发育和成熟，最终达到妊娠，分娩。 次要研究目的： 1、研究激活后患者激素水平的变化。 2、研究激活后促排卵时间及促排卵方案 3、研究激活后分娩婴儿安全性问题。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose of this study is to investigate whether the ovarian tissue can be activated by orthotopic ovarian transplantation after laparoscopic ovarian tissue separation and activator activation in vitro, and to induce the growth and maturation of POF patients' eggs, and finally achieve pregnancy and delivery. Secondary research objectives: 1. To study the changes of hormone levels in patients after activation; 2. Study on the time and plan of ovulation induction after activation; 3. To study the safety of delivery infants after activation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、年龄20-40岁，曾有月经史；
2、绝经时间在0.5-5年之间；
3、FSH≥25IU/L；
4、B超下可见双侧卵巢，无双侧卵巢手术史；
5、能够耐受腹腔镜手术；
6、染色体无异常

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 20-40 years old, had menstrual history;
2. The menopause time was 0.5-5 years;
3. dFSH>=25IU/L
4. Bilateral ovaries could be seen under B-ultrasound, and there was no operation history of bilateral ovaries;
5. Can tolerate laparoscopic surgery;
6. Normal chromosome.

排除标准：

1、年龄>41岁；
2、有严重的高血压、糖尿病、心脏病及其他器质性疾病不能耐受手术及妊娠；
3、染色体异常；
4、因双侧卵巢子宫内膜异位行双侧卵巢手术史；
5、对卵泡体外激活技术中使用到的相关试剂过敏者；
6、卵巢有实质性病变者.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe hypertension, diabetes, heart disease and other organic diseases can not tolerate surgery and pregnancy;
2. Chromosome abnormality;
3. History of bilateral ovarian surgery due to bilateral ovarian endometriosis;
4. Allergic to the related reagents used in the in vitro activation of follicles;
5. Patients with substantial ovarian lesions.
