研究目的：

1.描述慢性心衰患者的认知功能状况； 2.探索慢性心衰患者发生认知功能障碍的影响因素； 3.探讨认知功能和自我护理对慢性心衰患者疾病进展的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Describe the cognitive function of patients with chronic heart failure; 2. Explore the influencing factors of cognitive dysfunction in patients with chronic heart failure; 3. To explore the effects of cognitive function and self-care on the disease progression of patients with chronic heart failure.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥ 18周岁；
（2）经主治医师及以上医生，根据我国最新的慢性心力衰竭诊断标准，诊断为慢性心力衰竭；
（3）疾病控制平稳，处于稳定期；
（4）言语正常，有正常的理解与读写能力。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged >= 18 years;
(2) Chronic heart failure is diagnosed as chronic heart failure according to the latest diagnostic standard of chronic heart failure by the attending doctor or above;
(3) The disease control is stable and in a stable period;
(4) Normal speech, normal understanding and reading and writing ability.

排除标准：

（1）由于残疾等原因，不能进行自我护理者；
（2）研究期间发生脑梗等脑器质性病变，造成完全失去自我护理能力者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Cannot take self-care due to disability;
(2) During the study, organic brain lesions such as cerebral infarction occurred, resulting in complete loss of self-care ability.
