研究目的：

本研究为探索性研究，通过问卷调查，收集 65 岁以上老年人的个人和疾病信息，记录康复评估结果（吞咽、认知、躯体功能和口腔卫生评估）。结合所得数据，分析老年人吞咽水平下降特点及相关影响因素，并探索老年人吞咽水平下降、误吸与肺部感染之间的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the relationship between the decline of swallowing level, aspiration and lung infection in the elderly.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄 ≥ 65岁；无严重视听疾病；意识清楚，认知功能正常，能配合调查和评估；能自主经口进食和饮水；自愿并知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

Age ≥ 65 years old; No serious audio-visual diseases; Normal awareness and cognitive function, able to cooperate with investigation and evaluation; Able to eat and drink by mouth; Voluntary and informed consent.

排除标准：

肠外和肠内营养支持；四肢运动功能障碍，不能配合握力测试和4米步行速度测试；意识障碍、视听障碍、认知功能障碍或已确诊精神疾病等无法配合者；病情不稳定、严重或处于临终状态者；半年内有卒中史

Exclusion criteria：

Parenteral and enteral nutrition support; Extremity motor dysfunction, unable to cooperate with grip strength test and 4 meter walking speed test; Those who are unable to cooperate , such as unconscious, having audiovisual disorder, having cognitive impairment or diagnosed mental disease; Unstable or critically ill ;Having a history of stroke within 6 months
